제주특별자치도 민속문화재로 지정된 제주 방사탑(돌탑)과 전복, 소라 껍데기를 가공하여 만든 자개를 모티브로 하여 제작한 화병입니다. 제주도만의 독특한 방사탑 형상에 현무암 질감을 더해 형태를 빚었으며, 제품 전면에는 신비한 빛을 지닌 자개를 포인트로 장식하여 시시각각 빛에 따라 변하는 제주 바다를 표현 하고자 하였습니다. 현무암 질감이 인상적인 화병의 조형미와 화려한 자개 장식으로 인한 심미적인 자연미가 적절하게 어우러진 제품입니다. 더불어 화병 외에도 인테리어 소품으로도 활용 가능합니다.
It is a vase made with the motif of Jeju Bangsatap (stone tower) designated as a folk cultural property of Jeju Special Self-Governing Province and mother-of-pearl made by processing abalone and conch shells. It was formed by adding basalt texture to the unique radiation tower shape of Jeju Island, and the front of the product was decorated with a mother-of-pearl with a mysterious light as a point to express the Jeju sea that changes every moment depending on the light.It is a product that properly harmonizes the aesthetic natural beauty of the vase with impressive basalt texture and the splendid mother-ofpearl decoration. In addition to vases, it can also be used as an interior accessory.
